TSP S.R.L. with registered office in Via del Risparmio, 6 in Castelfranco Veneto (TV), as Data Controller (hereinafter "Data Controller"), informs you pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR 2016/679 that your data will be processed according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights, in the following ways and for the following purposes.
The Data Controller will process personal data, identification (for example, company name, address, telephone, e-mail, Tax Code and VAT, bank and payment references, contacts - later, "personal data" or even "data") communicated by you on the occasion of the establishment of the commercial relationship or subsequently.
2.1 Contractual purposes. The personal data provided will be processed in relation to contractual obligations inherent in the commercial relationship.
2.2 Purpose of fulfilling obligations under EU law, regulations or legislation. Secondly, personal data will also be processed to fulfil the obligations provided by law by a regulation or by Community legislation and for civil, accounting and tax purposes.
Taking into account the purposes of the processing indicated above, the provision of data is mandatory and their failure, partial or incorrect provision will,have, as a consequence, the impossibility of continuing the commercial relationship.
The processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2 GDPR and precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data.
Personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and/ or automated processing and in any case in order to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data themselves in compliance with the organizational, physical and logical measures provided for by the provisions in force.

For administrative, accounting, contractual and legal activities, management of any litigation: 10 years as established by law by the provisions of art. 2220 CC, except for any late payment of the fees that justify its extension.

The personal data collected may be processed by subjects or categories of subjects acting as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulations or that are authorized to the treatment of the data according to art. 29 of the Regulations.
The Data Controller may communicate personal data to third parties to whom the communication is necessary for the fulfilment of the legal requirements. In addition, identifying personal data may be communicated to any other third party when the communication is mandatory by law or to properly fulfill the services provided by the regulation.
By way of example and not exhaustive: persons, companies or professional firms, providing assistance, advice or collaboration in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial and management systems.
None of the personal data will be disseminated.
No data transfer is planned outside the EU.
Pursuant to Articles 13, paragraph 2, letters (b) and (d), 15, 18, 19 and 21 of the Regulation, we inform the interested party that he may at any time, exercise the rights:
g. to access to personal data;
h. to obtain the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning them;
i. to object to the processing;
j. to data portability;
k. to revoke consent, where provided: the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
l. to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority).
